Hello, world!  My name is Natalie Bready, and I am an art educator and artist.  I have always found joy and meaning through art making; through art education, I can share that with others.

 

I grew up in Bloomington, IL, and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2021 with one BFA in Painting and one in Art Education.  I was blessed to complete my student teaching in the Mahomet-Seymour schools, CUSD #3, and am heading down to Pawnee, IL, come August 2022 to begin teaching art full-time with students in grades seven through twelve.

Art making and education are so important to me, as are a few other passions of mine.  I love volunteering, journaling, listening to music, traveling and adventures, and spending time with friends and loved ones around central Illinois and beyond.
